Resistance-welding electrodes

Starting from mostly round or square shafts – the geometric contour can also be designed in other shapes to meet customer requirements – we solder high-purity and high-melting-point electrode cores to the shafts.

According to what the customer wants and needs, our spark-erosion, lathing , milling and cutting technology allows us to make almost any contour required for resistance-welding electrodes. The base material is first and foremost copper-chromium-zirconium (CCZ), while tungsten, WL (wolfram-lanthanum alloy), molybdenum, ZM (zirconium-molybdenum alloy) and WCu serve as feed materials.
